Tried cutting out cardio completely ended up feeling bloated and lazy. Now I just do jump rope or rower 10 mins post lift. Way better.
Appreciate the replies guys. Sounds like a little bit of low-intensity stuff won’t ruin progress. Gonna start adding 2 short sessions and see how it goes.
Exactly. Think of cardio as maintenance for your engine. You don’t gotta redline it, just keep it running smooth while you’re building muscle.
