I’m burned out on eggs every damn morning lol. Looking for some new high-protein breakfast ideas that don’t take 30 minutes to make.
Greek yogurt, berries and a scoop of whey has been my go-to lately. Takes like 2 minutes and I’m out the door.Castro8Parz wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2026 7:04 pm I’m burned out on eggs every damn morning lol. Looking for some new high-protein breakfast ideas that don’t take 30 minutes to make.
Overnight oats, bro. Oats + whey + Greek yogurt + milk + banana. Make it the night before and you literally just grab it from the fridge.
Breakfast burritos are clutch. I’ll prep a bunch with turkey, eggs, potatoes and cheese, freeze them and microwave one in the morning. Way easier than cooking half asleep lol.
Protein pancakes have been my move. Oats, egg whites, whey and a banana. Takes around 10 minutes and you can switch up the toppings so it doesn’t get boring.
I’ve been doing a bagel with turkey and Greek yogurt on the side. Simple, solid protein and gives me some carbs before training. No complaints so far.
Some solid ideas in here
I never really thought about making breakfast burritos ahead of time. Definitely gonna try those, and the overnight oats sound pretty damn easy too.
Smoothies are undefeated when I’m short on time. Whey, milk, banana, oats, berries and a little PB. Blend it up and you can be halfway to work before you realize you just ate breakfastCastro8Parz wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2026 5:39 am Some solid ideas in hereI never really thought about making breakfast burritos ahead of time. I rotate Greek yogurt bowls, overnight oats and pancakes. I’ve found switching between a few options is way better than trying to force myself to eat the same “perfect” meal every morning. Keeps the diet from feeling like a chore.
