PCT Recovery The Simple Things People Forget
I've seen a lot of complicated PCT discussions but some of the basic recovery habits get overlooked. For me the biggest lesson was that recovery isn't just about one product or one protocol.
* Get proper blood work know where your health markers actually stand.
* Talk to a qualified doctor especially if hormones or other markers are abnormal.
* Don't rush back into max-effort training give recovery time.
* Keep protein and overall nutrition consistent.
* Don't crash diet aggressive cutting can make recovery harder.
* Prioritize sleep aim for a consistent sleep schedule.
* Keep stress under control recovery isn't only physical.
* Keep some light activity/cardio in your routine.
* Track trends not just how you feel on one day.
* Be patient recovery can take time and everyones situation is different.

I definitely learned the hard way that training lighter for a while isn't losing progress. Sometimes it's exactly what you need.

The blood-work point is huge. Guessing based on how you feel isn't the same as actually knowing what's going on.💪
Re: PCT Recovery The Simple Things People Forget
Sleep should honestly be higher on everyone's list. My recovery felt completely different once I fixed my bedtime.💤💪🏻
Re: PCT Recovery The Simple Things People Forget
The crash-diet point is underrated man people get focused on getting lean nd forget that your body still needs enough food nd nutrients
Re: PCT Recovery The Simple Things People Forget
Dude tracking things over several weeks helped me a lot. One bad day doesn't tell you much about the bigger picture.
Re: PCT Recovery The Simple Things People Forget
Keeping some easy cardio helped me stay active without adding a ton of fatigue. Nothing crazy just staying mobile🙌
Re: PCT Recovery The Simple Things People Forget
I'd definitely put the doctor part near the top. Having someone properly interpret your blood work is much better than trying to diagnose yourself from forum posts.

Really solid list brother specially like the point about tracking trends instead of judging recovery from one good or bad day.👍👍
Re: PCT Recovery The Simple Things People Forget
Stress was the one I underestimated when I stopped worrying about getting back to normal immediately everything felt much more manageable.
