Anyone Actually Notice a Difference From Light Therapy?
I've been seeing more lifters talk about light therapy lately so I finally started looking into it I wasn't expecting some crazy transformation but I was curious whether it could help with things like sleep, energy and recovery. I've been trying to keep the basics consistent at the same time training, food, hydration aand a regular sleep schedule. The interesting part is that I feel more awake in the morning and my evenings seem a little easier to wind down. I'm not sure how much I'd credit the light itself but I like having a simple routine that gets me outside of the gym mindset for a few minutes.
Anyone else using light therapy or something similar? What have you actually noticed?

I started using morning light mainly to fix my sleep schedule & after a couple weeks waking up felt easier and my training sessions felt more consistent. Nothing dramatic but definitely a habit I've kept.

Same here dude I think the biggest benefit was getting outside early rather than immediately reaching for my phone.
My mornings feel way less sluggish now.💪

I noticed the sleep side more than anything.
Better sleep meant better recovery from heavy sessions.Hard to separate the two but I'll take the win. :D

I've been doing it before work and honestly enjoy the routine and it gives me a little reset before the day starts mainly my energy seems steadier too.

Man it's an easy habit to maintain n if something helps my routine without adding much effort I'm usually willing to keep it around.🙌🏻👍🏻

Brother for me the biggest takeaway was not expecting one biohack to fix recovery.
Good food and sleep are still doing most of the heavy lifting. The light therapy just became another useful piece of the routine.

I think consistency matters more than the gadget itself. Once I got serious about bedtime morning light & training at regular times everything started feeling more organized yeah👍🏻
