Re: How Do You Guys Approach Recovery After Coming Off?
Trying to rush back into heavy training was definitely a mistake for me nd sometimes the smartest training decision is simply doing less for a while.

It's also how we manage our day to day stress also matters i think people underestimate how important stress management is during recovery.

Ποιο ήταν το πρώτο σύμπτωμα που παρατήρησες ότι άρχισε να βελτιώνεται όταν εστίασες στη συνολική σου ανάρρωση;

Foxxy. wrote: ↑Sun Aug 16, 2026 5:41 pm For me personally the hardest part was reducing training when I was mentally still in push harder mode I wanted to keep chasing numbers because that was what I'd been doing for months. Eventually I switched the goal to maintaining technique staying active & recovering properly I actually enjoyed training more once there wasn't constant pressure to hit another PR. It also made me appreciate how much sleep & nutrition affect the whole process.✅💪
Same here brother changing the goal from get stronger every week to stay healthy and consistent completely changed how I approached training.👍🏻
