What Supplements Are Actually Worth It? Creatine, Pre-Workout or Something More?
Been training seriously for a while and I keep seeing people at my gym talking about supplements. Some swear by creatine others are always trying new pre-workouts fat burners, peptides or other stuff. I'm not looking for shortcuts just wondering what actually makes a noticeable difference for strength and performance. What supplements are genuinely worth adding and what is mostly a hype!?

I guess creatine is probably the easiest recommendation. It's been around forever now it's affordable and it actually has solid research behind it. Don't expect overnight changes though but over time it can help with training performance.

Protein powder is useful if you struggle to hit your daily protein target. It's not magic muscle powder man just a convenient way to get more protein in don't forget that.

Most of the soo called advanced stuff people talk about online gets overhyped. A lot of progress still comes down to consistent training, calories, recovery and patience.

If you're competing man be careful with anything that isn't clearly labeled or tested. Knowing exactly what you're taking matters.

Creatine, protein powder, caffeine nd maybe some basics for health are where most lifters should start. Everything else should be looked at carefully instead of chasing the latest trend.🏋️‍♂️💪

A lot of gym culture has shifted toward looking for the next big thing instead of mastering the fundamentals. Supplements can support your training but they won't replace hard sessions, proper nutrition & recovery.👍🏻
