Some guys use SARMs to bridge between cycles instead of blasting/cruising. Anyone tried this? Did it help hold size or just stress your body more?
I tried it once. It helped me hold onto some muscle, but it definitely wasn't the same as being on cycle.
I'd rather focus on a proper recovery plan than throw more compounds at my body. That's worked better for me long term.
A lot of guys think SARMs are "mild," but they can still be rough. Don't expect them to be a free pass.
That's kind of what I was wondering. I don't want to lose all my progress, but I also don't want to make recovery even harder.
Honestly, every time I've seen someone bridge, it just turned into another cycle. They never really gave their body a break.
I ran one years ago between cycles. Strength stayed decent for a bit, but recovery still felt off. Looking back, I probably would've skipped it.
If your diet and training are on point, you'll keep more size than you think. Most people panic when they come off.
Sleep, food, and keeping your training consistent did way more for holding my gains than adding another compound.
Appreciate all the input, boys. Sounds like focusing on recovery and keeping training locked in is probably the smarter move instead of trying to bridge.
