My girl’s been looking into Ostarine mostly for leaning out and holding onto muscle while cutting. Online you see people calling it “mild” but then other posts make the side effects sound sketchy as hell. Curious if any women here actually tried it and how the experience went.
Did you notice legit results without bad sides or is it not worth messing with?
My wife tried low dose Ostarine during a cut and honestly the biggest thing was better muscle retention. Nothing crazy but noticeable.
People online throw around “mild” way too casually. Mild doesn’t mean side-effect free.
One of my gym friends ran it and leaned out pretty well, but she said her sleep and mood got weird halfway through.
A lot of women get decent results just dialing in diet/cardio first. Supplements always get hyped more than basics.
That’s kinda why I asked. Online it’s either “totally safe” or “worst decision ever” with no middle ground lol.
Biggest issue now is knowing if you’re even getting real Ostarine. Market is flooded with bunk and random mystery liquids.
I’ve seen women respond really well to tiny doses compared to guys blasting way more.
Honestly if she competes or is super serious about physique goals I get the interest. But for casual gym progress I’d probably skip it.
My ex used it for a summer cut and looked great, but she also had her training and food locked in already.
