Everyone talks about supplements, but how much does better sleep really move the needle compared to pills?
Sleep clears supplements by a mile for me. I noticed more difference going from 5-6 hours to consistent 8 hours than I ever did from buying expensive “test booster” stuff.
Most dudes wanna fix garbage recovery with pills instead of just getting off TikTok at 2am and sleeping like a normal human
Supplements can help a little around the edges, but if your sleep is trash your hormones, energy, mood, gym performance… all gonna feel off eventually.
I started taking sleep seriously this year and my strength came back fast. Better pumps, less brain fog, waking up actually hungry again. Felt way more noticeable than any supplement stack I’ve tried.
People underestimate how much stress and bad sleep wreck recovery. You can take magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha, whatever… but if you’re sleeping 4 hours it’s like putting a bandaid on the problem.
Honestly the fitness industry makes way more money selling pills than telling people to put the phone down and sleep earlier lol.
That’s kinda why I asked. Feels like social media pushes supplements nonstop but barely anyone talks about how bad sleep habits probably kill progress more than anything. I’ve been trying to clean that part up first before wasting more money on random stacks.
