I try to eat slowly and truly savor each bite. Putting my fork down between bites helps. Also, eating without distractions like TV or phone is huge.

Checking in with my hunger and fullness cues before and during a meal is my main strategy. Asking myself, "Am I truly hungry, or just bored/stressed?" makes a big difference.
