SLEEP = GAINS
A lot of guys focus only on training and diet but ignore sleep. That's a big mistake.
Your body actually grows and recovers while you sleep not while you re lifting. Poor sleep leads to low energy weaker workouts and slower progress. Aim for at least 7-9 hours every night. Treat sleep like part of your training plan. No recovery = no real gains man.
