Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
Trying to shred, but half the fat burners I look up have sketchy reviews. Anyone here used them long-term without health issues?
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
Honestly man, most fat burners ain’t worth it. It’s basically caffeine and marketing.
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
I used one for a few weeks yeah it killed my appetite, but sleep was trash and I felt wired all day.
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
If it actually “works,” it’s usually the stuff that’s kinda sketchy… that’s the red flag right there.
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
Bro just stick to calorie deficit, high protein, and steps. That’s still the real fat burner.
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
A lot of these supps aren’t regulated heavy, so you never really know what you’re getting.
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
I’ve seen dudes get heart racing and anxiety from those… not something I’d run long-term.
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
Save your money honestly put it into good food or a solid pre-workout if anything.
Re: Are Fat Burners Worth the Risk?
Yeah I hear you guys… sounds like it’s smarter to skip them and just lock in diet and cardio 👍
