Thinking of adding IGF-1 LR3 post-cycle to hold size. Did it actually make a difference for you or is it just expensive water weight?
For me it wasn’t night and day. Recovery felt better, but I wouldn’t say it magically added new muscle.
I noticed fullness and pumps more than actual scale weight changes. Hard to tell what was real growth vs just better glycogen.
Honestly felt overhyped for the price. If everything else isn’t dialed, it’s not going to save gains on its own.
I think it works better as a small add-on, not a centerpiece. People expecting GH-level results usually end up disappointed.
My biggest benefit was recovery between sessions. Joints and connective tissue felt better, which helped me train more consistently.
I know guys who swear by it, and others who felt nothing. Seems very individual, like a lot of peptides.
Calling it “water weight” isn’t totally fair, but it’s also not a miracle. Diet and training still decide most of what you keep.
If money’s tight, there are probably better places to spend it first. If everything’s already optimized, maybe then it’s worth experimenting.
Appreciate the honest takes. Sounds like it’s more of a recovery/support tool than guaranteed new size. I’ll think it over and make sure the basics stay locked in before expecting anything extra.
