I’ve seen mixed opinions on GW-501516 (Cardarine). Some say it’s a cheat code for endurance, others say it’s dangerous. Anyone still running it?
I wouldn’t touch it anymore. The endurance boost sounds cool until you read why it got pulled in the first place.
Back in the day people hyped it like crazy, but the risk vs reward just doesn’t make sense now.
Cardio gains are nice, but there are way safer ways to improve conditioning without gambling your health.
I know guys who loved how it felt… but every one of them eventually stopped once more info came out.
That’s what’s confusing me. Old threads praise it, newer ones are all red flags.
Exactly. Early hype didn’t come with long-term data. Now that we know more, most people backed off.
Honestly, better diet timing and steady cardio improved my endurance just fine. No shortcuts needed.
The scary part is it’s not approved for human use at all. That alone was enough for me to pass.
If something sounds like a “cheat code,” it usually comes with a bill later.
