Man I gotta say this CJC-1295 *No DAC* and Ipamorelin combo has been a serious game-changer for my training and recovery. As a bodybuilder I’ve always been on the hunt for ways to push my limits especially when it comes to muscle growth and recovery and these peptides have definitely delivered. First off the recovery has been next level. I used to feel wiped after intense leg or back days but now I’m waking up feeling way more refreshed like I actually got a full night’s sleep even if I didn’t. I think the natural GH boost from these peptides has helped me bounce back faster which means I can hit the gym harder and more frequently. The reduction in body fat is also noticeable and I’m seeing better muscle definition and vascularity without having to completely grind on a strict diet. It’s not like you magically wake up shredded but there's a clear improvement in how my body holds muscle and burns fat.
What’s even cooler is that I feel like my strength is going up steadily without any crazy crashes or burnout. It’s like a steady sustainable increase in performance and I’m not dealing with the side effects you might get from other growth hormone releasing peptides. I’ve been running this stack for a couple months now and the effects are definitely stacking up. Better sleep quality means better recovery and the increased IGF-1 levels seem to be helping with muscle growth too. I’ve had some solid gains in lean muscle and I’m more vascular than ever. The best part is I’m not even worried about getting desensitized to it like some other peptides. It feels like this thing just keeps working in the background helping me make slow but steady progress.**
Another thing that’s been a pleasant surprise with CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin is the improvement in my joints. I’ve been dealing with knee pain for a while and after a couple of weeks on this stack I’m noticing less stiffness. I don’t know if it’s the peptides or just overall recovery but it’s been a huge relief. I’ve been able to push through more squats and lunges without that annoying discomfort. Anyone else dealing with joint issues this might help
For anyone running this peptide stack I highly recommend pairing it with a clean high-protein diet. I’ve been hitting about 1.2g of protein per pound of body weight daily and making sure I get in healthy fats like avocado and olive oil alongside my carbs. The peptides seem to work best when your body has the right nutrients to fuel muscle growth. I’ve also noticed better fat loss while using this so I’m sticking to a moderate deficit with the right macros to keep my muscle while trimming the fat
Recovery is key & since I started this combo I’ve been able to train more frequently without feeling burned out. I’ve added more volume to my leg and back days n it's paying off. I used to be wiped for 2 days after heavy squats but now I’m back in the gym the very next day hitting shoulders or arms. It's like the peptides are helping my muscles repair faster. For anyone out there who’s been struggling with recovery time I highly recommend giving this stack a shot.
I'll admit
after about a month with CJC1295 & ipamorelin I noticed my muscle density and recovery improving especially after leg days. I had been focusing on increasing my volume for hypertrophy things like drop sets and supersets you see and felt like I was getting more out of each session. Oh man my sleep got way better and I woke up less stiff which was huge for me. saver
Just started using CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin last month and so far it’s been great. I’m doing 0.5mg of each every other day and keeping it simple. Noticing more energy during my workouts and a slight improvement in muscle tone already. I’m still new to peptides so I’m taking it slow. I’ve been keeping my focus on lighter higher-rep workouts to build endurance and size. As for my sleep it’s definitely improved. If you're starting I’d say ease into it and don't expect miracles right away.
Just started on CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin a couple weeks ago. Been taking 1mg of each every other day nd I gotta say I’m feeling stronger and more rested. I’ve read that lower doses can still give solid results so I’m starting slow and seeing how it goes. I’ve been focusing more on compound lifts deadlifts, squats, bench and recovery has been noticeably better. I don't feel as sore the day after so I’m able to hit the gym harder. Start low listen to your body
I’ve used *CJC and Ipamorelin* before and you're on the right track with that low dose. You don’t need to go crazy to see solid results especially when it comes to recovery. The fact you’re recovering better and feeling stronger on those big lifts already is a sign it’s kicking in.
That combo of cjc n ipamorelin seems to be doing its thing. I’ve heard good things about those peptides for recovery and strength. You’re right starting slow and listening to your body is smart. No need to rush the gains..
Bro I could totally see the difference once my buddies started on it they were hitting those heavy compound lifts hard and their recovery was way quicker than before. I remember they’d be wrecked for days after deadlifts but after a few weeks on it, they were back in the gym the next day no problem. They kept it low with the dose just like they should’ve and it really paid off. Recovery was on point aand they were pushing harder every session was really impressed.
