Social media comparison trap - how to avoid it?
I find myself scrolling Instagram and just feeling rubbish. Everyone is hitting PBs, looking shredded... it's a real mindset killer. How do you use social media without falling into the comparison trap?
Re: Social media comparison trap - how to avoid it?
Curate your feed! Unfollow *anyone* who makes you feel bad. Even if they're famous or "inspirational". Your feed should motivate you, not deflate you. Follow people who show the struggle, not just the highlight reel.

Remember: you're comparing your "behind the scenes" to their "highlight reel". It's not real life. I use it for information (e.g., new exercises, recipes) not for comparison.

Log on, post your update, log off. Don't scroll. Get in, get out.

Curating the feed is a big one. Time for a major clear-out. "Get in, get out" is also solid advice. Cheers.
