If someone is going to discuss multiple compounds I think one principle matters don't change five variables at once & if something improves u don't know what caused it & if something goes wrong u don't know what caused that either so keeping proper records & getting medical monitoring gives you much more useful information than guessing based on gym performance.
I learned this with my diet and training adjustments changing one thing at a time made it much easier to understand what was actually working.
Keeping a simple log has saved me from relying on memory. Small details are easy to forget after a few weeks.
Honestly man gym performance alone doesn't tell the whole story I feel much better when I keep track of sleep energy & how I'm recovering too.
I used to make adjustments too quickly whenever progress slowed down. Giving things time before drawing conclusions helped me make better decisions.
Having proper blood work reviewed by a qualified doctor is something I think more people should take seriously nd specially when health risks are involved
This is why I prefer a systematic approach over experimenting based on what worked for someone else so yeah individual responses can be very different
