I’ve been focusing on a balanced diet with enough protein (about 1g per lb of bodyweight) and healthy fats which I think helps the effects of selank shine. I also make sure I’m getting enough carbs before training for energy especially with my focus on strength training right now. I’ve been doing a lot of heavy lifting squats, deadlifts and bench presses and the mental clarity and focus have helped me power through those tough sets
I’ve been using Selank for about a month now. I started with 0.5mg per day and gradually increased to 1mg which is what seems to work best for me. I take it in the morning before hitting the gym n it really helps me stay sharp during my workouts.
