Thinking about giving RAD-140 a run, mainly for strength and lean size. I’ve seen mixed feedback some say it gives clean gains, others mention holding a bit of water. For those who’ve actually used it, did you stay tight and dry or did you notice any puffiness during the cycle?
Ran RAD last summer strength shot up crazy fast, like week 2 I was moving plates that used to feel heavy. Stayed pretty lean, no real water retention. Just make sure diet’s tight and sodium’s under control.
Yeah same here. It’s not like Dbol bloat or anything, but if your diet’s sloppy you can look a little “fuller.” It’s more glycogen and food-related than actual water weight.

I noticed some mild water around week 5 but nothing major. Mostly strength and fullness. Pumps were nuts though felt like I could curl my car.

Exactly. Keep hydration solid and maybe add some electrolytes or taurine helps with pumps and keeps you from feeling “soft.”
RAD’s one of the cleaner SARMs out there. If you’re not overdoing carbs or salt, you’ll stay dry. Just don’t skip your PCT that’s where most people mess up and lose the look.
Yeah bro results vary..some stay dry and dense others get a bit of water weight depending on diet and how clean you’re running it. Strength usually shoots up either way though.
