Anyone Else Getting Weird Sleep from Pre-Workout?
Been smashing a new pre and it’s insane in the gym, but I can’t fall asleep even 6–7 hours later. Anyone else run into this? Do you just cycle off or switch brands?

Yeah bro, stims linger way longer than you think. Some formulas dump 400–500mg caffeine in one scoop. If you train late, you’re screwed.

Same here. I can hit a heavy lift but then I’m wired at midnight staring at the ceiling.

Exactly my problem. Great workout, but then I feel like I wasted recovery since I can’t sleep.

Try moving your workout earlier. Pre after 5pm = guaranteed insomnia for me.

Some pre’s also have yohimbine or alpha-y. That stuff keeps your nervous system jacked way past gym time.

If you like the pump but not the stim, try stim-free pre with citrulline, glycerol, etc. I feel good without getting a wrecking sleep.

Honestly, just cycle off. After a week without pre my natural energy came back and I slept like a baby.

Might try stim-free, I like the pump but hate the zombie mornings.

Melatonin or magnesium can help knock you out if you must train late.
