I’m currently on Test E and running into the classic debate stick with 2 injections per week or split it into 3 smaller ones for steadier blood levels and fewer ups/downs. For those who’ve tried both, what worked better for you in terms of sides, energy and overall results?
Two pins a week is plenty for Test E. The ester is long enough so that you won’t see huge fluctuations.
I do Monday/Thursday. Simple, consistent and I’ve never noticed mood swings or dips.
I used to do it twice a week but switched to E3D (every 3 days). Felt a little more stable energy-wise, but honestly the difference was minor.
That’s what I’m debating worth the extra pinning for just a “slight” improvement or nah.
If you hate pinning, just stay at 2x. If you don’t mind it, E3D can’t hurt. Comes down to preference, not necessity.
Honestly, I pin 3x a week just because it keeps the injection volume smaller. My glutes appreciate it

Yeah, splitting into smaller shots can help if you’re prone to PIP (post-injection pain). That was my main reason for upping frequency.
Bloodwork is the real answer. Some people are fine on 2x, others do better with smaller, more frequent doses. Without labs, you’re just guessing.
True, I’ve got mid-cycle bloods planned. Probably will stick with 2x until then and see what it looks like.
