I grew more on 8 hours of sleep + basic protein than when I was popping 5 different recovery supps on 5 hours of sleep. Lesson learned the hard way.

I once ran Test + Deca while averaging 4 hrs a night from night shifts. Barely grew and felt like death. Sleep literally made the gear useless.

True. Supplements only help if the big 3 are locked: training, diet, sleep. Miss one, the rest won’t save you.
