For me, it's yoga and walking in nature. Yoga helps me focus on my breath and body, and walking outside is incredibly calming and helps clear my head.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is surprisingly good for stress for me. The endorphin rush after a tough session makes me feel incredibly clear and energized.

The main thing is to find something you enjoy, so you'll stick with it. Forced exercise often adds to stress, ironically!

And don't feel like you need a huge block of time. Even 15-20 minutes of activity can make a difference in your mood.
