When I first got interested in bodybuilding most of what I heard about steroid cycles came from gym conversations and personal experiences. Today there’s much more research highlighting the potential long-term effects on cardiovascular, hormonal, liver, kidney and mental health that changed how I look at the impressive results people share online i also learned that feeling good doesn’t necessarily mean everything internally is healthy. Individual responses can be very different, which makes anecdotal advice difficult to rely on blood work and proper medical monitoring seem much more important than I originally understood. Research also makes it clear that long-term risks shouldn’t be ignored just because short-term results look positive for me the biggest lesson is to look beyond the physique and consider the full health picture.
