Apple slices with a tablespoon of peanut butter is my classic. The fiber from the apple and protein/healthy fats from the peanut butter keep me full for hours!

A hard-boiled egg or two is my secret weapon. Quick protein boost, no mess. I usually prep a bunch at the beginning of the week. Also, a small handful of almonds if I'm on the go.

A small handful of dry roasted edamame! Super crunchy, savory, and full of plant-based protein. Or a mini charcuterie board with a few whole-wheat crackers, a slice of low-fat cheese, and some olives.
