Reading your points about discipline and pushing through plateaus hit close because I went through the same cycle of motivation dips, and sometimes the hardest part was shutting off the noise in my own head long enough to reset. During one of those phases I ended up taking short mental breaks with spinmama since the quick casino rounds helped me shift focus without overthinking. I’d usually start with a few unlucky spins, but that occasional turn of momentum felt strangely similar to breaking through a training plateau, giving just enough boost to get back on track with a clearer mindset.
