Two Years of Discipline The Abs Were Built Long Before This Photo
Two years ago I never thought I’d be this disciplined with my training and diet.
This transformation wasn’t about some perfect program or doing crazy workouts every day it was mostly about showing up even when I didn’t feel like it. The hardest part honestly wasn’t training it was controlling my food consistently annd there were plenty of days when I wanted to eat whatever I wanted and forget about calories. Learning to stay patient with my diet was probably the biggest change for me a nd i also had to stop expecting results every few weeks and start thinking in months and years. Mainly for abs and core especially i learned that doing endless ab exercises doesn’t fix an inconsistent lifestyle and training my core became part of my routine but getting lean enough to actually see the work took much more discipline. There were slow periods where I felt like nothing was changing but I kept going anyway. No shortcuts no rushing the process just natural training better food choices recovery and consistency. Looking back the bigggest transformation was probably my mindset and I became much more disciplined than I was when I started and thats something I’m more proud of than the physique itself. Still a long way to go but after two years I can finally look at the photo and appreciate the work that went into it literally glad that I didn't give up💪🏋️‍♂️
