MEAL PREP Changed my game!!
I used to skip meal prep and I suffered for it always guessing food missing macros nd ending up eating junk when I got busy. Once I started prepping my meals everything becam way easier and more consistent. Now I’ve got my chicken rice nd veggies ready no stress no excuses. It saved me time nd helped me stay disciplined with my diet every single day. Once you get this habit down your physique start s changing for real.

I feel you on that man pre-planned meals are a great change that keeps your macros on point and avoiding last-minute junk. It’s all about discipline man when your food is ready your training and recovery stay solid. Stick to it consistently and the results speak for themselves.
