Cutting sucks but is so satisfying when abs start peeking. Cardio in the morning AND heavy lifting at night. I’m cycling BCAAs to save muscles. Energy dips but the shredded look is worth it brooπŸ’ͺ🏻

The grind is brutal but those first ab lines make it all worth it.
Respect for pushing cardio and still lifting heavy thts discipline right there.
