Trying to drop fat but hold muscle. What’s working best for you guys this year RAD + Cardarine, Ostarine or something else?
I tried a couple of SARMs last year for cutting helped keep strength, but honestly my sleep and appetite were weird. Definitely do your homework and get labs before/after.
For me, calories + protein + training was bigger than any SARM. People talk Cardarine a lot, but I focused on dialed nutrition first.
Ostarine seemed to preserve muscle while dropping weight, but I didn’t notice crazy fat loss without strict diet. Results are subtle unless everything else is dialed.
I used a fat-loss phase with a SARM once kept strength, lost a few lbs but had to be careful about how I felt. Listen to your body.
Honestly, I focused more on food timing and high protein first. My cutting phases have been better when I optimize macros before thinking about compounds.
I see a lot of debate in threads some swear by RAD + cardio, others say the gains aren’t worth the sides. Everyone seems different.
