For me it was mood swings and no motivation to train. Curious what sides hit you guys the hardest while running PCT.
Mood swings for sure. One minute I’m chill, next minute I’m irritated over nothing.
Energy crash hit me hardest. Gym felt like a chore instead of something I wanted to do.
Sleep was trash during PCT. Tossing and turning all night, then dragging all day.
Low libido was rough. Not gonna sugarcoat it. Felt like hormones were all over the place.
Anxiety, big time. Didn’t expect that part. Just felt “off” for a few weeks.
Strength drop messes with your head more than anything. Watching the weights go down is humbling.
Appetite went weird for me. Some days starving, other days couldn’t care less about food.
Honestly the mental side is worse than physical. You don’t feel like yourself for a bit.
Motivation tanked. Had to force myself into the gym. Just focused on showing up and keeping routine.
