I ran it for about 8 weeks bro n sticking to 40mg a day. For my diet I just made sure to eat enough protein mainly like 1g per pound of body weight and kept my calories slightly below maintenance so I stayed lean. I focused on carbs around my workouts for energy and kept fats moderate.
