Ran winstrol this past summer during my cut and damn the results were crazy. I kept my calories in check and started with 20mg a day splitting it between morning and afternoon. I stacked it with test E for the first 4 weeks. By the end of the cycle I was leaner, harder and had that real definition no water retention my muscles stayed dry and full the whole time. The pumps were insane and the energy was solid too no crashes.
One thing to watch out for though is joint pain. Winstrol can be rough on them especially if you're lifting heavy. I added a joint support supplement to keep my knees feeling good. Ran it for 6 weeks max didn’t want to overdo it just wanted to get in and out with those solid results.
