Training performance, sleep, nutrition, recovery and health all matter otherwise you only hear about the exciting part and miss everything that actually supports a good bodybuilding routine.
My biggest takeaway is that experience makes u less impatient u start realizing that building a physique is a long game and adding more isn't automatically the answer whenever progress slows I’d rather have a well-structured routine, good recovery, consistent nutrition and proper health monitoring than constantly change things just because somebody online is doing something different.
One practical lesson I learned with stacking is to track things instead of making changes based on one bad week. For example I’d keep a simple weekly log of bodyweight, waist measurement, key lifts, sleep and overall recovery looking at those trends over 3–4 weeks gives you a much clearer picture than judging progress day by day it made me more patient and much more deliberate about any decisions.
