Do Test Boosters Actually Speed Up Hair Loss or Is That Just Bro Science?

Been seeing a lot of dudes claiming natural test boosters made their hairline recede faster. Not sure if that’s legit or just coincidence. Anyone here actually notices more shedding after running boosters or is it mostly genetics doing its thing?

Tried tongkat and fadogia for 8 weeks didn’t notice any change in my hair. Maybe a placebo thing for some dudes.

Most test boosters don’t move your hormone levels enough to cause that. DHT increase from those is minimal. You’d need real gear for noticeable hair loss.

Exactly. If a supplement spiked test enough to thin hair, it wouldn’t be sold over the counter.

I did notice a bit more shedding once, but I was also dieting hard. Could’ve been stressed, not the booster.

If you’re worried, just use a DHT shampoo once a week. Nizoral or something similar. Cheap and easy.
