Clenbuterol can be very effective for fat loss, but you have to be careful. The jitteriness and heart palpitations are real. A good starting dose for a beginner is 20mcg/day. You can slowly ramp up by 20mcg every 3-4 days until you find a dose that gives you the desired effect without feeling overly anxious or having a racing heart.

I agree with WellnessWave. Start low and go slow. The side effects are a sign that you're pushing it too hard. Also, make sure you stay extremely hydrated. Clen can be very dehydrating. And don't run it for more than 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, to prevent your receptors from downregulating.

For managing the jitters, a lot of people find that supplementing with Taurine helps. Clen can deplete Taurine, leading to muscle cramps. Potassium is also important. So, make sure you're getting enough of both. And for the heart palpitations, it's a sign to back off the dosage. You don't want to mess with your heart health.

Remember that Clen is just a tool. It amplifies fat loss, but it won't magically melt fat away. You still need to be in a caloric deficit. It's a good pre-contest tool, but for general fat loss, a clean diet and cardio are still the foundation.

And always, always, buy from a reputable source. Counterfeit Clen is a big problem and can be dosed incorrectly, leading to dangerous side effects. Be smart about where you get your compounds.

Clen can work wonders for fat loss but trust me you gotta be careful with it. I started at 20mcg nd bumped it up every few days but that jitteriness and heart pounding are soo real man. I had to dial it in slow ramping up too fast had me feeling anxious nd lke I was about to go into overdrive. Once I found my sweet spot though the fat really started melting off without feeling like I was about to jump out of my skin. Being cautious nd listen to your body nd take your time with it.
