Best way to manage estrogen on an NPP cycle?

I'm running a cycle with NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate) and Test Prop. I've heard that NPP can cause prolactin issues and that the progesterone activity can be tricky to manage. What's the best way to handle this? Should I be using a prolactin inhibitor like Cabergoline from the start, or just have it on hand in case of symptoms?

NPP and other 19-nor compounds are definitely something to watch. It's highly advisable to have a dopamine agonist like Cabergoline on hand. Some people can get away with not using it, but it's better to be safe. Start with a low dose of Caber once you notice symptoms like lactation or a decrease in libido.

And don't forget that NPP itself doesn't aromatize much, but the testosterone you're stacking it with does. So, you'll need an AI for the estrogen, and a dopamine agonist for the prolactin. It's a two-pronged approach. The timing of your injections with NPP (every other day) helps keep levels stable.

A lot of guys make the mistake of using an AI to manage the prolactin, but that's not how it works. You need to control the estrogen from the Test with an AI, and the prolactin from the NPP with Caber. They are two separate mechanisms. Get bloodwork to monitor both.

I personally start with a low dose of Caber (0.25mg twice a week) from the beginning of a Nandrolone cycle. It's a preventative measure that has worked for me. The mental and physical side effects of high prolactin are not worth the risk. It's also important to keep your vitamin B6 levels up, as it can help with prolactin.

Proper nutrition is also key here. Avoid foods that can increase estrogen, and focus on a diet rich in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower, which contain compounds that help with estrogen metabolism. It's a small thing, but every little bit helps.

Also, a quick note: there's a big difference between NPP and Deca (Nandrolone Decanoate). NPP's shorter ester means it clears your system much faster, making it easier to manage sides and allowing for a quicker PCT. You're on the right track with NPP.

Exactly. The shorter ester of NPP is a big advantage. It means you can react quicker to any unwanted side effects and adjust your protocol without waiting weeks for the compound to clear.
