Ostarine (MK-2866) on a Cut: User Logs and Side Effects

Ostarine is often recommended as the "beginner SARM," particularly for a cutting phase due to its muscle-sparing properties. I'm starting a cut soon and am considering a low-dose Ostarine cycle. I'm looking for some real-world user logs and experiences. What kind of results did you see in terms of fat loss and maintaining strength? How suppressive was it for you, and did you run a PCT? Any unexpected side effects to report?

Ostarine is a great choice for a first SARM. The muscle preservation on a caloric deficit is its biggest selling point. I've seen clients lose a significant amount of fat without a corresponding drop in strength. Suppression is mild for most at doses of 10-20mg, but it's still there. A mini-PCT with Nolvadex or Clomid is always a good idea, especially for longer cycles (8+ weeks).

I have to agree with CycleCoach. Its mild nature makes it appealing. One side effect people don't often talk about is joint dryness, which can happen with SARMs. It's not as bad as some others, but it's something to be aware of. Staying hydrated and supplementing with omega-3s and collagen can help.

I've seen Ostarine help with bone density as well, which is a nice health benefit. The key to a successful cut with any compound is a well-structured diet and consistent training. The SARM is just a tool to optimize the process, not a substitute for discipline.

Regarding suppression, blood work is your friend. Before and after blood panels will give you a clear picture of how your body reacted. Don't guess; test. Some people are more sensitive than others and will need a PCT even after a short cycle, while others may recover naturally.

This is all super helpful. The joint dryness is a good heads-up, I will definitely proactively supplement for that. And I'll absolutely be getting before and after blood work. The consensus seems to be that it's effective but still requires a responsible approach.

One more thing to consider: sources. Because it's a popular beginner SARM, there are a lot of bunk products on the market. Do your due diligence on the supplier just as we discussed in the last thread.
