I keep a gratitude journal by my bed. Every night, I write down three things I'm grateful for from the day, big or small. It helps me end the day on a positive note.

I try to express gratitude directly to people. A quick text or a thank you card. It strengthens relationships and makes both of us feel good.

It helps to actively look for things, even small things – a warm cup of coffee, sunshine, a good song.
