People often think injury prevention means doing more stretching that's only part of the picture training load, technique, fatigue, exercise selection, recovery n previous injuries all matter a movement isn't automatically dangerous because someone got hurt doing it At the same time ignoring pain because no pain no gain isn't smart either I think the best approach is gradually exposing the body to the demands you actually want it to handle. Build capacity Control the workload Use good technique And don't turn every warm up set into a max attempt

I learned to stop chasing my old numbers after a break. Building back up slowly helped me feel much more confident under the bar.

I started filming a few working sets and honestly when I started seeing my own form helped me catch little mistakes I never noticed before🙌🏻

Taking an extra rest day used to make me feel lazy but now I know one good recovery day can save me from a week of poor training.

Broo i’ve had to swap exercises when something didn’t feel right finding a variation that works for me is better than forcing a movement just because it's popular👍🏻

My warm-ups used to be rushed because I wanted to get to the heavy sets giving myself a few extra minutes has made my sessions feel much smoother.
