Our screens are always on, and I'm feeling the mental toll. Has anyone tried a digital detox? What strategies work for disconnecting and reclaiming your mental space?

I schedule "no phone" times, especially around meals and an hour before bed. It's tough at first, but it makes a huge difference in being present.

Turning off notifications for non-essential apps has been a game changer. I check emails and social media on my own terms, not when my phone tells me to.

Leave your phone in another room when you're doing focused work or spending time with family. Out of sight, out of mind really helps.

I use a physical alarm clock instead of my phone as an alarm. This way, my phone isn't the first thing I interact with in the morning.

Start with a few hours, then extend it. Don't try to go cold turkey for a week unless you're really ready.
