The Safer Than Steroids Argument

The peptide & SARM market has changed a lot especially through social media the problem is that marketing has moved much faster than long-term human research. SARMs are not FD approved for bodybuilding & documented concerns include liver injury, hormonal suppression, sexual dysfunction and cardiovascular risks. Recent reviews also continue to highlight problems with product quality & limited long-term data. Peptides have their own issue some are experimental poorly regulated or sold with uncertain purity while evidence for bodybuilding benefits varies widely. So the current trend isn't necessarily better compounds. It's more like more compounds with different levels of evidence I think the smart conversation is separating what has human clinical evidence from what is mostly gym marketing.

I’ve become much more careful with anything I see promoted heavily online. The hype can make things look far more established than they really are.

Same here bro I now look at who actually made the claim and what their evidence is before taking it seriously.

I’ve learned not to judge something by how many people at the gym are talking about it popularity and reliability are two different things.

The biggest change for me was becoming patient I’d rather wait for better information than jump on every new trend.

I also pay attention to whether people are sharing actual experiences or just repeating something they saw online there’s a big difference.

Good point brother I think asking better questions has helped me more than trying to keep up with every new product that appears
