The supplement market is saturated, especially for fat loss. Which supplements, if any, do you find truly beneficial and worth the investment during a cutting phase, and which are just hype?

First and foremost, diet and training are paramount. Supplements are supplementary. Creatine is still king for strength and muscle retention on a cut. A good multivitamin is also a solid baseline.

Protein powder is a no-brainer for hitting macro targets. Caffeine can help with energy and focus, especially on lower-calorie days. Beyond that, most "fat burners" are overpriced and underdosed.

Fish oil (omega-3s) for overall health and inflammation, especially important during intense training. And sometimes a decent pre-workout if I'm feeling sluggish, but I don't rely on it daily.

I find a good probiotic helpful for gut health, which impacts everything from digestion to mood. And a simple Vitamin D supplement, especially in winter.
