I always batch cook a huge amount of grains – quinoa, brown rice, or farro. They're super versatile and form the base of many meals throughout the week. Also, roast a big tray of mixed veggies!

Don't be afraid of freezing! Soups, stews, chili, and even individual cooked chicken breasts can be frozen. It prevents waste and provides ready-made meals for later.

Excellent tips! I especially resonate with the pre-chopped veggies, FreshFork, it makes such a difference. What about using kitchen gadgets for batch cooking? Any favorites?

My Instant Pot is a batch cooking superstar. I can cook huge quantities of grains, beans, or even chicken in a fraction of the time. Also, a good food processor for chopping!
