lol week 1 and 2 i was a machine. week 3 hits and i'm standing in front of the fridge at 11pm having a full conversation with myself. tracking app still says 1800 cals but we all know how that goes. who's actually still locked in rn

Bro week 3 is always where the motivation starts getting tested 😂 i stopped relying on willpower and made my meals more filling during the day that alone made those 11pm fridge negotiations way less intense.

Keeping a planned highprotein snack ready for those late night cravings which made it much easier to stay on track without feeling like I was fighting myself every night. 💪

Week 3 is literally the wall for everyone, it's not just you. Brain starts negotiating like it's got a lawyer

1800 on the app and 1800 in real life are two very different numbers my friend. we've all had that 11pm fridge staring contest and lost

Honestly this is why i started pre-logging my whole day in the morning. if it's not already in the app i don't eat it. sounds extreme but it's saved me more times than i'd like to admit, especially week 2-4 when the cravings hit hardest

This is exactly why i keep a safe snack in the house during a cut, like a big bowl of air popped popcorn or something stupid low cal. doesn't fix the mental battle but at least the damage is like 100 cals instead of a whole sleeve of oreos at 11pm

Week 3 always hits diff because the novelty's worn off but you're not far enough in to see it in the mirror yet. purely mental phase, push through it

Not to be that guy but are you sleeping enough? every time my cravings go feral it's always a sleep issue in disguise, not an actual food issue
