Anyone Still Doing Morning Walks Before Breakfast?

Seems like everyone's chasing steps these days, but I'm curious who's actually doing fasted morning walks for overall health instead of just trying to lean out. Have you noticed any difference in energy, blood sugar or just feeling better day to day or do you think eating first is the better move?

I've been doing a 30-minute walk before breakfast for the last few months. Not really for fat loss, just to get moving. I definitely feel more awake during the day.

I tried it for a while, but honestly I didn't notice much difference. I just walk whenever I have time now.

Buddy, I think consistency matters way more than whether you're fasted or fed. If you're getting your cardio in every day, you're already ahead of most people.

I like having a coffee and heading out for a walk first thing. It's become part of my morning routine more than anything.

That's kind of where I'm at too. I'm not chasing extra fat loss, just trying to build habits that'll pay off years from now.

If I'm lifting early, I'll eat first. If it's just an easy walk, I'll do it fasted. Haven't seen any downside either way.

I've got a glucose monitor because diabetes runs in my family. My morning walks seem to help keep my numbers a little steadier, so I've stuck with them.

Honestly, getting outside first thing does more for my head than my body. Fresh air, no phone, just 25-30 minutes walking. I feel way better afterward.

I've been doing incline treadmill walks before work for almost a year. Blood pressure is better, resting heart rate came down, and it's one habit I don't plan on dropping.
