Good or Bad experiences with BPC?

I dealt with a stubborn elbow tendon injury for almost a year that kept affecting my pressing movements. After trying physical therapy modifying my training and improving my nutrition i eventually decided to try BPC-157 after reading countless discussions online.
For me the biggest change wasn't an overnight recovery like some people claim. What I noticed was that I became more comfortable gradually increasing my training volume over the following weeks. Whether that was from the peptide itself better rehab or simply more time healing I honestly can't say. One thing I've learned since then is that the research in humans is still quite limited compared to the amount of hype online. Looking back I think I gave the peptide too much credit and underestimated how much consistent rehab sleep and eating enough protein contributed to my recovery. Has anyone else had a similar experience where the outcome wasn't quite as dramatic as social media made it sound?
