I paid attention to morning energy and overall mood instead of obsessing over daily body weight. Those signs usually reflected how recovery was actually going. I avoided constantly changing supplements. Keeping things simple made it easier to notice what was genuinely helping. I also kept my caffeine intake under control because relying on stimulants only masked fatigue instead of improving recovery.

I totally agree on these things I focused on consistency instead of looking for quick fixes and hormones don't recover overnight and sticking to good habits makes the biggest difference. Missing meals or eating too little also made my energy and mood noticeably worse keeping nutrition consistent helped me feel more stable.👍🏻

The biggest thing I'd say is that female recovery can be a lot different so don't compare your timeline to what works for us guys. Prioritize getting regular blood work and pay attention to changes in your menstrual cycle your energy and your mood those are often better indicators of recovery than how you look in the mirror. Glad to hear from female lifters 👍🏻💪🏻
