Anyone Else Notice More Lifters Talking About Peptides for Recovery?

On the flip side every time a peptide starts trending a dozen new companies seem to pop up claiming they have the best version. Thats where I think it's worth slowing down and separating real user logs from flashy marketing. Some discussions are incredibly informative while others sound more like advertisements than honest experiences.
Been around the bodybuilding scene long enough to watch trends come and go but the conversation around peptides feels different than it did a couple of years ago it s seems like more lifters are spending time researching recovery instead of only chasing bigger numbers in the gym.
One thing I've noticed from reading logs and talking with people at my gym is that compounds * BPC-157 * TB-500 *CJC-1295 *Ipamorelin get mentioned far more often than they used to. The experiences people share are all over the place but the common theme seems to be patience. Most of the guys who sound genuinely happy with their results aren't talking about overnight changes they ere talking about staying consistent with training, nutrition....sleep and giving things time.
Personally I enjoy following the research and hearing long-term updates from experienced lifters much more than watching influencers chase whatevers trending that month. It's refreshing when someone shares both the positives and the limitations instead of pretending every new compound is a miracle.
I'm curious where everyone thinks this trend is headed. Do you think peptides are becoming a more permanent part of the bodybuilding conversation or is this just another cycle that'll eventually be replaced by the next big thing?
