Had a conversation with one of the older guys who's been lifting for over 20 years. We got into peptides SARMs and all the new products showing up online. He laughed and said every generation gets sold a game changer right now it's stuff like CJC-1295 but before that it was something else and before that another trend entirely. His point wasn't that everything is useless just that marketing usually gets louder than real-world results. That stuck with me I still like following new developments because some products seem promising but I've learned to separate genuine user experiences from sponsored hype. Makes me wonder how many people are buying trends instead of solutions. What do you guys think?
